This feature-rich section empowers administrators with the tools they need to manage and enhance their organization’s security awareness programs effectively.
TRAINING:
- All available training materials are accessible from this section. Administrators can easily preview or edit these materials, streamlining the process of managing training content.
- Related Trainings: Each module includes suggestions for related trainings, serving as excellent resources for refreshing or reinforcing existing knowledge.
For each module it is possible to Preview, Add to favorites so it is easily filtered, Open in Studio for editing, and Archive modules which are no longer relevant or a priority to your organization.
PHISHING:
- All available phishing templates and landing pages are accessible from this section. Administrators can easily preview or archive templates via the ellipsis button.
NUDGES:
- All available Nudges are accessible from this section, and administrators can create their own Nudges here too.
COMMUNICATIONS:
- Administrators can preview and edit the Email and Teams communication templates here, such as invites to campaigns, reminders, acknowledgements on reporting a phishing simulation and OTP code notifications.
