Email communication templates

OutThink system sends email communication to employees in relation to their training. Below are examples of the default email communication texts in English. All email templates are localizable and content can be modified per the client needs.

3. Reminders for curriculum campaigns

Reminder: User has not started training
Reminder: User has started with the training
Reminder: User has to completed final assessment

4. Instant campaign invite email

5. Instant campaign completion email

6. Reminders for instant campaigns

Reminder: User has not started the training
Reminder: User has started training

7. Pass and Fail workflow emails

Completion email: User has not reached the required score and there is no automatic reset
