Overview
CyberIQ is a product on the OutThink platform and provides each user in your organization with a personalized portal to understand their cybersecurity behaviors while easily accessing both mandatory and voluntary cyber training.
For users who are also line managers, the CyberIQ portal allows seamless switching between their own portal and their “Team’s CyberIQ Portal.” This enables managers to track their team’s cybersecurity behaviors, view the organization’s leaderboard, and monitor outstanding training requirements.
With CyberIQ, security teams can take engagement and cybersecurity resilience to the next level by combining its use with OutThink’s Adaptive Security Awareness Training and AI-powered Phishing Simulator, providing an integrated pathway to true cybersecurity human risk management. Alternatively, security teams that have an existing security awareness solution in place on a long-term contract and routinely struggle with low levels of user engagement can configure CyberIQ as a standalone to complement existing solutions.

Each individual user in an organization can build a 360 degree understanding of their own security snapshot, the behaviors that they exhibit and how they impact cyber resilience, how their performance stacks up against their team and broader organization, and what they can do to improve.
The CyberIQ Snapshot is a level-based rating system ranging from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest. Users start at an initial level based on their cybersecurity behaviors and practices.
As users demonstrate improved security awareness and adopt best practices, they progress through the levels. For example, a user may begin at Level 1: Vulnerable and, through consistent positive actions, advance to Level 2: Determined. Continued engagement and adherence to security best practices enable further progression toward higher levels, reinforcing a culture of cybersecurity awareness and resilience.

The Leaderboards allow users to track their performance in relation to their department, team and the organization as a whole. Rankings are updated regularly, reflecting improvements in cybersecurity behaviors and training completion.
Users can see their current position within their team, department and organization and how it has changed over time. By engaging with cybersecurity training and best practices, users can improve their standing and contribute to a stronger security culture within the organization.

Line managers with direct reports can access the Line Manager Portal to track team training completions and risk behaviors.
They may also have the option to nudge team members, recognize good cybersecurity practices, and provide guidance on areas for improvement.
Another feature of CyberIQ is the monthly security snapshot report. Based on scheduled reporting cadence, users receive a report via their preferred channel summarizing their last 30 days which highlights CyberIQ points earned or lost based on their security actions. Users can also earn badges and opt into cybersecurity challenges to boost their CyberIQ score and awareness.

OutThink’s CyberIQ is a powerful new product that takes user engagement and an organization’s ability to embed security into the fabric of their organization to the next level.
