OutThink enables the automation of the line manager escalation process, increasing completion rates across training campaigns.
For the line manager functionality to operate seamlessly, the employee data must include accurate information about the direct manager. You can refer to our employee provisioning documentation for all information on user ingestion.
In the event of non-completion, users will receive notifications two days before the deadline, informing them that their manager has been notified of their incomplete module status. This proactive approach serves as a timely reminder, encouraging users to fulfill their training obligations promptly.
Two days prior to the deadline, line managers will individually receive an email notification for each employee who has not completed the training.
Configuration
Line manager escalation is only available when Automated reminders are enabled. This would ensure the highest possible completion rate, before managers are involved.
The line manager escalation is enabled from the last configuration step in the create campaign process.
