Many of our clients require their employees to pass a minimum knowledge score in order to successfully complete their training. This is easily configurable during the campaign creation process.

On Step 4 you need to adjust the PASS SETTINGS.
In the example above, users will be required to score above 70%, with a maximum of three attempts. After this, their access to the training will be temporarily locked and they will be re-invited to try again after 24 hours.
During the full re-training session, they will be required to undertake all modules one further time as part of the campaign, and subsequently retake the final assessment.
