CyberIQ | Line Manager portal

Line managers are able to build an understanding of their team’s cyber resilience through the Manager View available in CyberIQ. Quickly view how your team is performing against benchmark, both in terms of average CyberIQ score and CyberIQ level, and engage team members to congratulate on strong and offer guidance on weaker performance. Engaging employees via line managers will increase cyber resilience and decrease human risk across the organization.

Team behaviors

Use Team Behaviors to determine how your team is performing and distributed across the 13 key behaviors:

  • Completion of cybersecurity training.
  • Knowledge score.
  • Engagement levels.
  • Compromise in phishing simulations.
  • Reporting of phishing simulations.
  • Defending against real phishing attempts.
  • Using external USB storage.
  • Browsing the web securely.
  • Avoiding malware infections.
  • Using a password manager.
  • Installing the latest updates.
  • Mantaining a safe and secure device.
  • Handling sensitive data securely.

Employees who have strong positive behaviors are represented by a green bar and those with weak behaviors by a red bar. Therefore the proportion of each bar that is colored red or green per behavior gives an indication as to whether your team is stronger or weaker in this aspect. This allows you to determine where best to concentrate or take action to improve your team’s cyber resilience.

Each team member’s individual performance is give in the Team Members section at the bottom of the dashboard. The leaderboard enables you to quickly see how members of your team are performing in relation to each other.

How to take action to acknowledge good or improve team performance?

It is possible to easily nudge team members to congratulate them for strong performance against a specific behavior, which encourages continued strong performance, or instead to send guidance where a team member’s performance is weaker, supporting them in building their cyber resilience. The messages of congratulations or guidance will be sent to team members through the EVA Microsoft Teams application.

How to encourage your team to complete their training?

Training completion is important for many reasons: compliance, increased employee engagement with cybersecurity, increased awareness and faster time to build up knowledge of the threats faced.

Ensure your team completes their training and works towards the above goals by nudging employees where training remains outstanding and not completed:

The Nudge will be sent to users via email or EVA for Microsoft Teams.
