Choosing the campaign type

To create a new campaign, click the ‘+ New campaign‘ button on the campaigns menu:

There are three choices of campaigns available in OutThink:

  • Curriculum: As well as training and assessing knowledge, this type of campaign allows administrators to gauge employee’s views on security and tailor training dynamically based upon the employee’s working profile, such as if they travel frequently for work, work from home, or have access to privileged accounts. This enables all employees to receive targeted and tailored cyber security awareness training. This type of campaign is recommended to be created as the initial kick-off training for your employees once they are onboarded to OutThink. The curriculum campaign includes an initial survey with sensor questions, as well as mandatory and dynamically allocated training modules.
  • Instant: this type of campaign provides instant training across selected modules with no upfront assessment. All employees selected for the scope of this training will receive the same courses with no dynamic allocation. Instant campaigns allow the administrator to target and address knowledge gaps within specific areas. There is no limit to how many instant campaigns are deployed throughout the year. The most important objective here is to target a specific group of employees with relevant training modules without always having to deploy training modules to all employees.
  • Simulation: runs a phishing exercise.

Click the preferred method of training and click ‘Next‘.

The next step is to enrol users into the campaign.
