Aggregate simulation data dashboard

The aggregate simulation dashboard provides an overview of the data captured from all phishing simulations carried out on the platform. Please note that aggregate simulation dashboard will only capture data starting 8th of April 2023.

The aggregate simulation dashboard can be accessed via Intelligence -> Aggregate Phishing

Header section

  1. Resilience rate: the ratio between Reported emails and Emails resulting in compromize.
  2. Open % – the percentage of emails sent that were opened.
  3. Filters (from left to right), allow filtering by:
    • Groups created in OutThink
    • Organization/s
    • Business units
    • Time (at the moment only year to date is available)

Resilience overview

  1. Emails sent: the total number of emails sent for the filtered selection.
  2. Campaigns: the number of campaigns created. On hover, this section displays the breakdown of completed and in-progress campaigns.
  3. Emails resulting in compromise: the number of emails which resulted in user compromise.
  4. Emails reported: the number of emails reported by users.
  5. Automated trainings: the number of users enrolled in automated training campaigns after being compromised.
  6. Current click rate: the current percentage of users clicking on simulations. The line chart tracks this metric over time.
  7. Repeat clickers: The proportion of users who have been compromised by multiple recent simulations
  8. Defenders: the proportion of users reliably reporting simulations.
  9. Users trained: the proportion of users who completed the automated phishing training assigned to them.

Resilience to social engineering

This section provides a breakdown of the social engineering techniques used across all phishing simulations. Using the top-left dropdown, administrators can compare resilience across individual campaigns.

Department comparison

This section lists all departments and compares them based on three main categories: “Compromised users,” “Reported emails,” and “Not simulated.” The data reflects the last action of employees in a simulation.

Countries breakdown

This section displays the performance of users in different countries. The table provides the following data:

  • Country
  • Number of users
  • Most susceptible to which social engineering technique
  • Compromized users (%)
  • Reporters (%)
  • Not simulated (%)
