Can I switch a normal fixed date training campaign to an “ongoing” campaign?

An ongoing campaign is one that does not expire, and allows employees to be automatically added as they are provisioned. This can typically be used to ensure that new joiners to the organization are automatically detected and sent the relevant training.

We currently do not offer the facility to switch a fixed date campaign to become an ongoing campaign. However, you should contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss next steps and what they can do to help you.
